Road Running / Endurance (Senior)

Senior Road Running/Endurance Training Sessions

All new runners are welcome to join one of our three groups, each is tailored based upon your ability, upon arriving a coach will be able to advise you which group would be best suited to you. Your first four sessions are free of charge.

After your first session (free) you can pay £3.00 per session or sign up as a Harriers member. Sessions are free to members.

The Groups

The Mansfield Harriers group train twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the sessions are open to all but often populated by the more experienced runners.
We start our warm ups around 18:15 to set off to whichever sessions we are doing at around 18:30.

Mansfield Runners provide sessions twice a week and have become an integral part of the Harriers. Recommended for intermediate runners and those returning from injury but open to all.
The Mansfield Runners sessions start at 18:00 and Steves at 17:15 from Berry Hill Track.

THURSDAYS ONLY. Fit To Run is a group dedicated to giving you the first step in to running. The group do weekly run/walk sessions, interval training and steady runs around quiet well roads in the winter and woods and parks in the Summer.
Fit To Run meet at Berry Hill Track Office at 18:20 for a 18:30 start.
